Terms of use
1. Purpose and scope
These terms set the basic conditions for using the GAMJA website (webgamja.com), the GAMJA app and gamja-egg (the server that runs inside the app). If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Software license
The source code of GAMJA is published under the Apache License 2.0. Your rights to copy, modify and distribute the code follow that license, and these terms do not reduce them. Other open-source components keep their own licenses, listed in NOTICE. The names "GAMJA" and "감자" and the logo are not covered by the license; please follow the trademark policy.
3. Conditions of use
- You must be at least 14 years old (or use GAMJA with a legal guardian's help).
- GAMJA runs Claude Code with your own Claude account (Anthropic). Paying for Claude and following Anthropic's terms and usage policies is your responsibility. GAMJA is an independent project, not affiliated with Anthropic, and does not sell Claude or manage your account.
- You bear the cost of your phone, connection and subscriptions.
4. Your responsibilities
- Security: GAMJA lets whoever signs in read and change files on the phone. Choose a long, strong password and do not expose it to people or networks you do not trust.
- Backups: crews (AI) can create and edit files and can make mistakes. Please back up important data.
- Results: you are responsible for using and publishing what crews produce (text, images, web pages). Check the content, copyright and legal issues before you use it.
- Prohibited: do not use GAMJA to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt or attack GAMJA, the website or anyone's systems.
5. Changes and discontinuation
GAMJA is an early-stage service that keeps changing. We may change, remove or stop features, and will announce important changes in the app or on this site in advance. Automatic updates change the code you run; if a new version has a problem, it can roll back to the previous one.
6. Paid services
GAMJA is currently free. Features that need our servers (for example GAMJA Pro) will be offered under separate terms covering price, refunds and cancellation, and only after you agree to them.
7. Rights in your results
Rights in what you make with GAMJA depend on applicable law and Anthropic's terms. The GAMJA operator claims no rights in your results.
8. Limitation of liability
GAMJA is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI answers or results are accurate or fit for any purpose. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damage (such as data loss or lost business) arising from using GAMJA. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. The operator is not responsible for disputes between you and Anthropic or other third parties.
9. Personal information
We handle personal information according to the privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please first talk to us at help@webgamja.com. If it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
11. Changes to these terms and contact
If these terms change, we will post them here at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you). Continuing to use GAMJA afterwards means you accept the change. Operated by: webgamja (웹감자)
